Provides the Deal Community Weight Loss Challenge - a course of one-hour sessions over 12 weeks to help participants lose weight and keep it off for good. The British Lung Foundation's "Breathe Easy" local support group is for people in the Dover, Deal and Walmer areas who have, or care for someone with, a lung condition.
